LAURA BUTKUTE, ESQ

Founding Partner

Laura Butkute is a UCLA Law School graduate, licensed to practice law by the California State Bar. Her legal education includes a master's degree in law from Vilnius University, faculty of law.

Since the beginning of her legal carrier, elder law has been Laura's main focus. In addition to estate planning, probate, conservatorship areas of law, she possesses a unique knowledge of Medi-Cal planning and asset protection that many other estate planning attorneys do not.

Laura is a member of Estate Planning, Bankruptcy and Commercial Law sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Ms. Butkute believes that giving back will be a big part of her life. For years she has volunteered her legal pro bono hours in different senior centers throughout Southern California.

WEYLON SHINEMAN

Executive Director

Weylon Shineman is a graduate of the University of Vermont. He has extensive experience working in healthcare and is driven by being of service to others.

Weylon is responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Firm, including supervising all non-attorney personnel; evaluating and managing the Firm’s operating and information systems; assisting in the marketing of the Firm’s legal services and client development activities; and evaluating, managing and supervising the facilities of the Firm.
